Frequently Asked Questions
New to LinkBuckets or wondering how something works? Here are answers to the questions we hear most.
What is LinkBuckets?
LinkBuckets is a tidy way to save and organize the links you care about. Instead of a messy pile of bookmarks, you group links into buckets so you can always find them again.
What is a bucket?
A bucket is a simple container for related links — like "Recipes to try", "Work reading", or "Trip planning". Add a link to a bucket and it stays neatly in place.
Can I organize my buckets into folders?
Yes. You can group related buckets into folders — and nest folders inside folders — to keep everything tidy as your collection grows. You can also add tags to your links for another way to find them.
How do I save a link?
Tap the add button in the app and paste or type a URL, then pick the bucket you want it in. You can also share a link from your browser or another app straight into LinkBuckets.
Does LinkBuckets work on all my devices?
Yes. LinkBuckets is available on iOS and Android, plus a browser extension for saving links from your computer. Your buckets stay in sync everywhere you sign in.
Is LinkBuckets free?
LinkBuckets is free to use with generous limits on buckets and links. A Premium plan lifts those limits and unlocks extra features for power users.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
When you hit the bucket or link limit on the free plan, LinkBuckets lets you know and offers an upgrade to Premium so you can keep saving without interruption.
Is my data private?
Your links are yours. We only use your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
